Parents are offered their choice of three camping programs:

OPTION 1: Summer Fun Camp

Tuition: $99 per week
Prepay discount for all nine weeks: $90 per week ($810.00)

Campers enrolled in this program participate in well-supervised recreational activities throughout the day with no instructional time.

OPTION 2: Fine Arts Camp

Tuition: $109 per week
Prepay discount for all nine weeks: $100 per week ($900)

Campers enrolled in this program receive daily instruction in their choice of the
following:
                Dance
                Instrumental Music
                Beginning Spanish

OPTION 3: S.O.A.R. Camp (Succeeding in Our Arithmetic and Reading)

Tuition: $119 per week
Prepay discount for all nine weeks: $110 per week

To be most effective, attendance is recommended for all nine weeks of instruction.
               
Campers enrolled in this program receive one hour of arithmetic instruction, one hour of reading, and one hour of language arts instruction during the morning session. In the afternoon, they will participate in recreational activities.

Enrollment Procedures

1. To enroll, a Camper Application Form must be completed either in person, by mail, or online. The $50 non-refundable registration fee and payment for the first week desired are due at the time of enrollment.
2. Checks and money orders will be accepted if made in person or by mail. Online payments are done through PayPal.
3. Before a camper begins, a completed Health History Form and Emergency Information Form must be received.
4. Special payment arrangements may be arranged with the Camp Business
   Offices.

General Information

The registration and tuition fees cover the selected camp program, recreational activities, morning and afternoon snacks, and a camp T-shirt. SOAR campers will be given a list of supplies needed for their instructional classes.

In addition, payment for field trips scheduled for each week is made with the camp tuition payment. Fees for outings may vary from $5 $10 per week, depending upon the trips scheduled. Parents may pay in advance for all field trips. A complete list of field trips tentatively scheduled will be available by May 31, 2009.

All parents are required to attend the Parent/Student Orientation scheduled for Tuesday, June 16 at 7:30 PM at which time final, detailed information will be available.
